Fatima Kamenge is a bridge builder, systems thinker, and tender-hearted disruptor. With over 15 years of experience in community building, system change, and social entrepreneurship, she shows up with both strategy and soul.Fatima’s work lives at the intersection of healing, equity, and transformation. Whether she is leading innovation at Reconciliation Canada or co-creating spaces for impact through Social Ausum, her consulting practice, she moves with care, clarity, and a deep belief in what is possible when we gather with purpose.Her journey has taken her through many communities and ways of knowing. She is especially passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, safe, and supported to grow in their own way and at their own pace.She gives her time to initiatives that align with her values. She serves on the boards of Vibe Arts and Blacks in Tech and contributes to community grantmaking through the Ontario Trillium Foundation.Fatima believes we heal and transform in community. She is here to make sure that community feels like home.

Sarah Naylor

Sarah Naylor is a learning experience designer, facilitator, and project manager who cares deeply about how people grow. With over five years of experience designing and leading leadership and entrepreneurship programs, Sarah’s approach is rooted in accessibility, adaptability, and compassion.She believes learning should meet people where they are. Whether through flexible programming, adapted materials, or meaningful one-on-one support, Sarah makes sure learners are held through every part of their journey. Her work is shaped by listening through feedback, dialogue, and reflection so that learning feels alive and responsive.Sarah is currently pursuing a Master’s in Design Expanded Practice at Goldsmiths College, University of London. She acknowledges her presence as a settler in Canada and is committed to unlearning, decolonizing her practice, and uplifting Indigenous knowledge.At the heart of Sarah’s work is a deep care for how learning can be more human, more just, and more transformative.

Titania Veda is a listener, a builder, and a storyteller at heart. She designs learning experiences and communication strategies that center people and meet them where they are. With over 15 years of experience across sectors and cultures, Titania helps organizations speak with clarity, build thoughtful programs, and connect more deeply with the communities they serve.Her work blends creativity and care. Whether guiding a startup, mentoring a changemaker, or designing a WhatsApp curriculum for women entrepreneurs, she makes sure the work is rooted in relationship, relevance, and respect.Titania moves between the big picture and the small details with ease. She has partnered with leading foundations, global networks, and local communities, always holding space for reflection, feedback, and transformation along the way.Her practice is shaped by the belief that we learn and grow best in community, with space for joy, honesty, and mutual care.
